Mapping a dynamic biological behavior under a microscope
This undergraduate Biophysics research project used image analysis and partical tracking of luminescence beads in Agar to follow the development of the fresh water organism "Hydra", during its develpment stage. Following the different pressure and temporal trends it applies as it interact with its environment

Image, data and physical analysis
The work included coding using the image analysis tools in MATLAB stabilizing the microscope clip and observing changes in floating beads over time. Then, using mechanical analysis extract the actual pressure values during the development time.
