Dipping Jig Assembly

A dipping jig for easy wafer cleaning

This dipping jig was made for handling small 10x10 mm wafers during cleaning steps. The main body is aluminum, giving the assembly a rigid frame that is easy to handle and easy to clean in an ultrasonic bath. It was designed to make repetitive wet-process work more practical while keeping the samples secure and accessible.

The bottom part is made of teflon so it will not harm the sample during loading, cleaning, or repeated use. That softer interface was an important detail for delicate wafers, because the tool needed to be both practical in the lab and gentle on the material being processed.
