A practical fixture for fragile devices
MOSCAP measurements need reliable contact without damaging small samples. This holder uses conductive rubber as a compliant interface, giving electrical contact while reducing the mechanical harshness of a rigid probe. The design balances three constraints at once: the device has to be aligned, the contact has to be stable, and the sample has to survive repeated handling. The result is a small fixture that makes measurements less fiddly.
