A easy to handle for wafer samples
The Cary 5000's integrating-sphere attachment is great but doesn't come with a wafer sample holder. I designed a wafer holder that drops into the existing attachment, presses the sample flush against the port, and is soft as to not crack the sample. The holder upper part consistant of two small sponge pads for soft holding of the sample. The parts were designed in SolidWorks and printed in a 3D printer.
